   • entry, use, or re-use of the casino server;
   • participation in any game at the casino;
   • the acceptance of any payout/prize from the casino; or
   • breach of any warranty given in terms of this agreement. or
   • specifically related to the criminalization of online/internet wagering within the player's jurisdiction.
3. The casino reserves the right to refuse access to the casino of any person at any time.
4. The casino also reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal they suspect are in anyway linked to fraudulent activity.
5. In the event of a Casino system malfunction all bets are void.

Your casino account

1. If no activity is registered on your account for a period of thirty (30) months your account shall be deemed to be a dormant account under Malta’s Remote Gaming Regulations (LN 176 of 2004). Thereafter we will make every effort to reimburse you the balances in your account and failing that balances in your account will be remitted to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta.
2. If the name on your casino account does NOT match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits to the account, any winnings in that account will be VOID.

If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect.
